We begin by understanding the athlete as a whole;  their competitive history, current challenges, and performance goals. This stage identifies mental patterns that influence confidence, focus, and consistency, allowing us to create a clear direction for mental training that aligns with the athlete’s skating and competition demands.

Mindset Mechanics and skill development 

Through one-on-one coaching, athletes learn practical mental skills that support performance under pressure. Sessions focus on building routines for focus, emotional control, and confidence, as well as tools for managing nerves, mistakes, and expectations. Training is tailored to the athlete’s level and competitive environment.

Integration & Performance Refinement

Mental skills are refined and adjusted as training intensity and competition demands increase. Ongoing reflection and performance feedback ensure that mindset strategies evolve alongside technical growth, helping athletes apply their mental training consistently in both practice and competition settings.
